Warehouse Lead
Description
Under the supervision of a Shift Manager, the Warehouse Lead will be responsible for directing the day-to-day hourly warehouse associates within an assigned AOR to achieve daily operational goals.
Lead & follow-up on team activities & drive accountability within their assigned Warehouse.
Communicate daily expectations with team members.
Attend daily, weekly and monthly supervisor meetings.
Attend or participate in management training classes for leadership development.
Carry out assigned projects for leadership development.
Communicate with other supporting functional groups within CST.
Travel Required: No
Skills
- Knowledgeable of shipping and receiving procedures and experience working in various warehouse positions
- Special Skills: Read, write, operate MHE equipment (pallet jack), other required materials handling equipment (MHE), effective communication skills, team player, attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills, Comfortable using technology
