About the role
Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department.
Responsibilities
- Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements.
- Transport material internally.
- Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time.
- Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment.
- Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift
- 1+ years in a lead role
- Basic computer skills
