Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor

Schedule

Days and nights vary, including weekends.

• Wednesday–Saturday 6 PM–5 AM

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour.

• Progressive Pay is available at select locations: a $0.50 increase after the first 90 days and another $0.30 increase after 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely, and accurately to all escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other working areas as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by directly working or splitting shifts among the team and shift lead to cover daily schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities, committing to timely escalation reporting procedures to the KBS Management Team.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly, positive demeanor; ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets (generally in English; Spanish where state required).

All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on their personal devices to clock in/out for shifts and breaks. Cell-phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with applicable local laws.
