Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate logistics projects and timelines with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ensure client needs are met quickly and accurately
  • Logistics & Fulfilment
  • Pick, pack, kit, and ship products and assets to field teams and retail locations
  • Ensure all shipments meet quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
  • Inventory & Tracking
  • Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and track incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Verify shipments against orders and supporting documentation
  • Loading & Shipping
  • Prepare labels, documentation, and shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other systems
  • Manage packaging, transportation coordination, and special requirements
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across projects

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
  • Experience with international shipping (Canada preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
