Position Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Office Clerk will compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies using our ERP system.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive new material and accurately enter information into ERP system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for available material within our ERP system.
- Compare inventory to office records, using sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to maintain accurate inventory.
- Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust inventory as necessary.
- Investigate and report adjustments as needed.
- Verify and document information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and compute inventory balance, price, and cost.

Requirements
- Available to work on-site Monday – Friday from 10:00AM-7:00PM
- Receiving, Logistics, and/or Inventory experience
- Basic math skills including measuring and fractions.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
