This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
  • Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
  • Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
  • Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
  • Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
  • Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay

Pay starting at $20.20 with potential for up to $23.95 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 6:00am - 4:30pm
