Warehouse Inventory Control Assistant

Schedule: 4-day, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM); must be available for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse inventory maintenance, reconciliation tasks, and clerical work.
• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, using either manual methods or a handheld scanner.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory records with the SAP computer system.
• Identify and report close-dated products to maintain quality and compliance.
• Complete clerical duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience.
