About the role
NEXT Door and Window is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse & Installation Support Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and safely handle windows, doors, glass, and installation materials.
- Prepare and load materials for upcoming installation jobs.
- Deliver materials and products to job sites as needed.
- Assist installation crews with materials and job-site needs.
- Help with service calls and service-related items as needed.
- Load and unload company vehicles and delivery trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Safely handle large, fragile, and oversized materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse, delivery, and operational duties as needed.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving company vehicles to job sites and other locations.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy and oversized materials, including windows and doors (approximately 50-100lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Previous warehouse, construction, remodeling, or material-handling experience is a plus. Forklift experience is also a plus.

- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays.
