Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain inventory of automatic door materials in the warehouse
• Assemble door packages and prepare materials for installation jobs
• Assist installation teams on-site as needed for support and setup
• Operate company vehicle to deliver parts and materials to various customer locations
• Order and purchase parts and supplies to support installation and service operations
• Execute daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data in Baan
• Manage location-based inventory tracking
• Collaborate with consignment vendors, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure optimal material availability and accurate reporting
• Identify potential issues with Bills of Material
• Support raw material storage improvements
• Serve as a backup for receiving duties
• Utilize Baan ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite for administrative and inventory tasks
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of materials, deliveries, and job support activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and make improvements
• Quality consciousness with a high degree of accuracy
• At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• At least one year of experience in cycle counting process
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Some ERP/Microsoft Office computer experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Much of the day will be spent on the manufacturing floor
