About the role

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist (internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler), you’ll work in a fast-paced, automated fulfillment environment with conveyors, sorters, and robots to pick, pack, put away, load, and receive genuine OEM parts. You’ll assemble and pack purchase orders, use an RF scanner to pick and place parts, and maintain a safety-first workplace.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, put away, and receive OEM restaurant parts while fostering a positive team environment
• Use an RF scanner to accurately place parts in designated warehouse locations
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to complete daily orders; performance is measured by quantity and accuracy of parts processed
• Transport parts via carts and/or forklifts, and retrieve parts from top and bottom shelves using ladders or reach trucks

Requirements

• Available to work 10:30am–7:00pm or 12:00–9:30pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Able to stand and move for long periods and consistently lift up to 40 lbs unassisted

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay

Salary range: $37,893.45 – $46,314.21 annually ($18.21 – $22.26 hourly), based on qualifications, experience, and location. Additional earnings may include profit-sharing and annual bonuses.
