About the role

The Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse and grounds department. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and grounds departments
• Manage and train warehouse and grounds staff
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and grounds areas
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of warehouse management software
