Responsibilities

• Receive orders, identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Build stable and well-cubed pallets.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and push carts.
• Able to learn and perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Requirements

• Working in freezer temperatures.
• Lifting objects weighing up to 65 lbs. consistently.
• Constantly pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.

Pay

Starting pay rate of $22.75/hr with a pay increase within your first year!+$2.00 Weekend differential, +$2.00 freezer differential, +incentives based on work performance.

Schedule

5 days a week, required Sundays, 10:30 am start, mandatory overtime. Weekly paychecks and Early Acces$ Option.

Compensation

UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. UNFI is committed to transparency in pay in compliance with applicable state and local laws.
