About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and receiving product inventory.
- Provide great customer service for pick-up orders.
- Monitor all products for visual quality control.
- Pay attention to inventory counts and accuracy.
- Assist with storage space utilization, stock rotation, and damage control.
- Ensure accurate productivity and adherence to all warehouse processes.
- Maintain cleanliness within all warehouse areas.
- Work with the purchasing manager to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Foster team communication and hold each other accountable.
- Follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Be dependable and prompt.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a -20 degree sub-zero environment.
- Must be able to lift 50-pound boxes.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail is a must.
