Warehouse Forklift Teammate - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) - No Weekends

Responsibilities
- Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, and RGAs to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Convey materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Open crates and other containers.
- Pack and verify customer orders.
- Verify amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Relay discrepancies to proper personnel.
- Count or measure items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Use computer to enter records or reference stock.
- Compile worksheet or tickets from customer specifications.
- Drive vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
- Prepare parcels for shipment.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
- Must have knowledge of Quality Standards and safety measures.
- May be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles.
- May assist customers at counter.
- May be responsible for cycle count.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 months related experience required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
- Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
