Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Day Shift

About the role

Maintain community nourishment by operating a stand‑up forklift to transport, store, and rotate merchandise within a warehouse environment. The role involves standing, bending, pulling, and lifting for most of the shift in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi‑Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to move products to designated areas.
• Track inventory accurately using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack and rotate merchandise manually or with equipment to ensure proper stock management.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines for timely order fulfillment.
• Stage finished products and load/unload trailers safely.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure safe warehouse operations.
• Lift products weighing 1–60 lb frequently, handling items from floor to overhead levels.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment, specifically Reach Truck / stand‑up forklift.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Team‑oriented with a passion for community support.
• Ability to lift and handle items safely and efficiently.
