Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Day Shift

Our organization is seeking a Forklift Operator responsible for transporting merchandise within the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and stand‑up forklifts to move pallets and merchandise accurately.
• Track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish stock to support warehouse operations.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers safely.
• Follow all safety protocols related to material handling and forklift operation.
• Assist with staging finished products and supporting timely order processing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, especially reach trucks or stand‑up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to lift products weighing 1‑60 lbs and work in a standing, bending, and lifting position for extended periods.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on community support.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
