Warehouse Forklift Operator (Incentive) - Day Shift

About the role

Our community-focused organization seeks a Forklift Operator to transport and manage merchandise within the warehouse, supporting inventory rotation and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts (Reach Truck) to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Accurately track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish merchandise manually or with equipment.
• Stage products for storage and load/unload trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols related to forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
• Occasionally lift items weighing between 1-60+ lbs, including handling sharp objects and working at various heights.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment, especially Reach Trucks or stand-up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, bend, pull, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
