Warehouse Forklift Operator Case Pick

About the role

Ryder is hiring a Stand Up Forklift Operator in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path that prioritizes safety and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Dealing with day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
• A valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work within a diverse work environment.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and good attendance record.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour.
• $0.50 per hour additional pay for second shift.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
