About the role
Ryder is hiring a Stand Up Forklift Operator in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career with a focus on safety and state-of-the-art equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
- Dealing with day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
- Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
- Highly thorough and dependable.
- Able to work on flexible schedules on various shifts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay
Hourly Pay: $19.28 per hour. Additional Pay: $0.50 per hour when working Second Shift.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
