Warehouse Forklift Operator

About the role

Forklift Operators play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of C&S and its affiliates. They are responsible for replenishing product levels, stacking and rotating merchandise, and loading and unloading merchandise from trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately track inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stack and rotate merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasionally lift varying case weights, shapes, and heights

Requirements

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures
• Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others
• Willingness to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
• Ability and willingness to follow material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies
• Shift: 2nd Shift (United States of America)

$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time, Night Shift
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday - 7:00pm-5:30am
