Warehouse Forklift Operator

Ryder is hiring Forklift Operators in Hebron, Kentucky. The position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive career path.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Auditing, staging, and loading/unloading of products and trucks.
• Handling paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Punctuality and good attendance record.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $19.90 per hour.
• Overtime Pay: $29.85 per hour.
• Shift Pay: $2.00 per hour for Saturday/Sunday hours.
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: $50 monthly.

Schedule

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday.
• Shift: 12:00pm-10:30pm or until work is completed.
