Warehouse Forklift Driver

Position Summary We are seeking experienced Stand Up Reach Operators & Stand Up Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a distribution center in Goodyear, AZ. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating a counterbalance to accurately to lift, transport, and stack heavy materials in warehouses and loading docks. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trailers, shipping containers, and delivery trucks. Safely operate a reach stand up forklift or a counterbalance forklift to transport products throughout the warehouse Move pallets and raw materials between production floors, staging zones, and high-tier racking. Scan barcodes or RF tags, log stock moves into a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and help with cycle counts. Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume environment Follow facility traffic rules, watch for pedestrians at aisle intersections, and secure loads to prevent tipping Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiencyRequired Qualifications Must have a minimum of 1 year of stand up reach forklift or stand up counterbalance forklift experience Must be authorized to work in the United States, must pass a background check, and must pass a drug test Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift. An assessment will be conducted at the interview.
