Warehouse Facility Clothing Grader

About the role

The Warehouse Facility Clothing Grader supports the Savers vision by safely handling, separating, sorting and organizing material and goods, in our Centralized Processing Warehouse, which are then prepared for delivery to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Separate, sort, and process specific merchandise
• Supply merchandise to various departments throughout the day, keeping production flowing
• Determine what is saleable, what is recyclable, and what needs to be thrown away
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation for safety and efficient production
• Work safely
• Other duties as directed by their supervisor

• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and classify multiple types of materials at once
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and perform multiple tasks with minimal instructions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work within the Savers culture

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouses or storage facilities is a plus
• Basic math skills required

Skills

• Physical ability to lift occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity for sorting and grabbing
• Color and size differentiation
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and other equipment within the warehouse

Pay

$18.49 to $23.12 per hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday shifts, no weekends
