Processing Center Clothing Grader

About the role

The Warehouse Facility Clothing Grader supports the Savers vision by safely handling, separating, sorting and organizing material and goods, in our Centralized Processing Warehouse, which are then prepared for delivery to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Separate, sort, and process specific merchandise.
• Supply merchandise to various departments throughout the day, keeping production flowing.
• Determine what is saleable, what is recyclable, and what needs to be thrown away.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation for safety and efficient production.
• Work safely.
• Other duties as directed by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize and classify various types of materials simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagrammatic instructions.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work within the Savers culture.
• Basic math skills required.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
• Manual dexterity for classification and handling.
• Color and size differentiation ability.
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and other equipment within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouses or similar environments is a plus.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and coordination.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.

Pay

• $18.49 to $23.12 per hour

Schedule

• Monday-Friday shifts, no weekends!
