Warehouse Document Control Coordinator 1st Shift

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $24 - $26 depending upon experience/certifications (may be negotiable)
• Overtime: $36.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (may come in early or leave late)

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains quality system documentation and records, including specifications, item number creation, bills of materials (BOMs), master manufacturing records (MMRs), change controls, deviations, and material disposition forms
• Works with customers and purchasing to collect supplier documents
• Assists with internal audits
• May perform other duties as assigned by Quality management
• May assist with customer complaints and corrective actions
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years in QA/Document Control experience in the food and/or dietary supplement industry preferred
• Skilled using Microsoft Word and Excel (beginner level acceptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and interface effectively with customers and internal staff
