Warehouse Coordinator 1st Shift
About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments: US/Canada/Puerto Rico Ambient, Room Temperature, Refrigerated, Frozen, and Picking Material for distribution orders.
Responsibilities
- Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance
- Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution
- Pack customer orders based on customer specific protocols and their specific Distribution Instructions
- Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels
- Pick Distribution Orders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Preferred experience: Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry
- Shipping experience
- ERP system(s) experience
