Warehouse Custodian - 2nd Shift

Welcome to Gordon Food Service! We are excited that you are thinking about opportunities with us, and we have an amazing story to share. As a custodian, you'll support our team by maintaining the buildings to ensure clean, organized operations in our distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and empty trash
• Clear snow and perform other tasks as assigned
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse operations
• Work in extreme temperatures (-25°F to 100°F) within the distribution center

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Industrial janitorial experience required
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25°F to 100°F)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check
• If currently employed by a Gordon Food Service customer, must provide a letter of support from management if selected for the interview process

Pay

Starting at $20.52/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium). Plus, monthly performance incentives.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturday off
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 pm - 2:00 am
