What You’ll Do
- Plan and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns.
- Schedule and coordinate labor effectively to meet business goals.
- Ensure SOPs and customer instructions are followed to the letter.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the use of equipment and space.
- Interface with customers to ensure requests are handled quickly and professionally.
- Promote safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Skills & Requirements
- Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively.
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, walk, twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain one) and RF Scan device experience preferred.
