Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping, Receiving & Inventory) - Pittsburgh (Cranberry)

About the role

This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
• Pull, stage, and prep products for customer pickup or delivery
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Manage and track inventory using warehouse systems
• Support customers and sales teams with product needs
• Keep the warehouse and showroom areas clean and organized
• Operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
• Follow all safety procedures and support the Sales Manager as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfort lifting up to 70lbs
• Familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn
• Customer service experience is a bonus
