Warehouse/Shipping/Courier Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately shelve incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Pack and label outgoing UPS shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Deliver and pick up merchandise between local retail locations.
• Deliver products to wholesale accounts and business partners.
• Safely operate the company delivery van for local transportation of goods.
• Cookout routine maintenance and report repair needs for the company vehicle.
• Auxiliary with general warehouse operations and support team members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Basic computer skills; training on company-specific software will be provided.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory as required.
