About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing includes the following types of shipments:
- US / Canada / Puerto Rico
- Ambient
- Controlled room temperature
- Refrigerated
- Frozen
Responsibilities
- Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness, and compliance.
- Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
- Pack customer orders based on customer-specific protocols and Distribution Instructions.
- Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels.
- Pick Distribution Orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Preferred experience:
- Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry.
- Shipping experience.
- ERP system(s).
