Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities to advance new drug candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
• Perform data analysis and contribute to the interpretation of results.
• Prepare and present research findings at internal meetings and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in laboratory techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques, biochemistry, and cell culture is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).
