Warehouse Coordinator Grade 1, 1st Shift
Almac Group is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Coordinator for its Durham, NC location. The role involves verifying and packing clinical site orders, with order processing limited to US/Canada/Puerto Rico shipments across ambient, controlled room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen categories, as well as picking material for distribution orders.
Responsibilities
- Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness, and compliance
- Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution
- Pack customer orders based on customer‑specific protocols and their specific Distribution Instructions
- Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels
- Pick Distribution Orders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry
- Shipping experience
- ERP system(s) experience
