About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator position at nVenia is a hands-on opportunity to learn real-world manufacturing operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including parts handling, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer and production requirements
- Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory transactions within the warehouse management system
- Load and unload trucks while verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
- Work at elevated heights (via order picker or similar equipment) to retrieve and store materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Adapt to multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and material movement as business needs require
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, associates preferred
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment required
- Certified or experienced in operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
- Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment where required
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred (Epicor, SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stands for up to 8 hours per day
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials and equipment
- May be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 75 pounds
- Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise levels
Position Requirements
