Warehouse Coordinator - General

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator position at nVenia is a hands-on opportunity to learn real-world manufacturing operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including parts handling, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer and production requirements
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory transactions within the warehouse management system
• Load and unload trucks while verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
• Work at elevated heights (via order picker or similar equipment) to retrieve and store materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Adapt to multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and material movement as business needs require
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, associates preferred
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment required
• Certified or experienced in operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment where required
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred (Epicor, SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stands for up to 8 hours per day
• Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials and equipment
• May be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 75 pounds
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise levels

Position Requirements
