Roof Plus in Point Pleasant, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Coordinator / Construction Driver to manage our warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and secure
• Organize trucks and materials in the yard
• Review project material lists and check inventory for stock, pulling from existing materials to keep costs down
• Organize project materials prior to crew arrival so they can load everything quickly
• Order, pick up, and deliver missing items at the request of the field crew
• Empty dump trucks at the recycling center
• Tow equipment to and from job sites
• Pick up materials for the next day
• Track materials returned to the warehouse and allocate them to appropriate projects for accurate job costing
• Sort through new stock deliveries and ensure orders are correct
• Coordinate with suppliers to correct any order errors
• Complete vehicle inspections and schedule routine maintenance when concerns arise
• Ensure each vehicle is washed and cleaned out weekly
• Identify and coordinate tool repairs and maintenance

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable driving construction equipment
• Some experience driving trucks with trailers
• No CDL required, but must have a valid license and a relatively clean driving record
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated
• Able to meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable

Pay & Benefits

• $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time, typically Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. Some overtime and Saturdays are available but are not required.
