About the role

We’re seeking a well-organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee, direct, and coordinate the movement of supplies and products in and out of the warehouse while maintaining required inventory levels and a clean, organized facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitors warehouse inventory and maintains the database
- Issues material to internal and external crews
- Operates forklift as needed
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed
- Tracks and manages inventory by completing regular cycle counts
- Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming inventory
- Identifies and recommends improvements to the warehouse layout
- Identifies potential inventory shortages and communicates with purchasing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse operations
- 1–2 years of inventory control experience
- Familiar with inventory scanner systems
Skills
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and database applications
- Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposed to outside weather conditions
Pay
$20–$23 hourly
