Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

This is a safety-sensitive position at our Freightliner of Bridgeport dealership in Swedesboro, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check in all incoming parts and reconcile packing lists on a timely basis.
• Place incoming parts in proper bin locations, customer pickup, delivery, and R.O. areas.
• Maintain all UPS and shipping documents.
• Maintain forklift records.
• Ship all warranty and customer core parts on a timely basis.
• Work with delivery drivers to establish the most efficient delivery routes.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinate duties of warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Must pass background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen.
