About the role
This is a key role at the center of our daily operations—connecting warehouse activity, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and customer/vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Cookier shipping and receiving, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Manage freight logistics, carrier communication, and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ERP transactions, and reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support warehouse operations including forklift use, loading/unloading, and materials handling as needed
- Act as the on-site Safety Liaison and support safety initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with warehouse, logistics, or customer service environments
- Comfortable working in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred

Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
