Responsibilities
- Oversight of the movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse
- Management of warehouse inventory and maintenance of a database
- Cordination and scheduling of product movement including storage and shipment of finished products
- Preparation and completion of orders for delivery or pickup
- Ensuring all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules
- Auxiliary assistance with material transfers throughout the warehouse and to offsite locations
- Establishment of warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Communication with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Receiving merchandise as per packing lists in the Purchasing/Accounting module
- Scanning and filing copies of packing lists onto the ERP system
- Interfacing with other departments to ensure inbound and outbound deadlines are met
- Maintenance of warehouse equipment in good working condition
- Adherence to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
- Documentation of all related activities and completion of forms and reports
- Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment and optimization of space utilization
Requirements
- Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet competing demands
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven traits in dependability, initiative, high energy, and proficiency in time management
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Forklift Operator Certification required

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
