Responsibilities

• Oversight of the movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse
• Management of warehouse inventory and maintenance of a database
• Cordination and scheduling of product movement including storage and shipment of finished products
• Preparation and completion of orders for delivery or pickup
• Ensuring all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules
• Auxiliary assistance with material transfers throughout the warehouse and to offsite locations
• Establishment of warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
• Communication with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
• Receiving merchandise as per packing lists in the Purchasing/Accounting module
• Scanning and filing copies of packing lists onto the ERP system
• Interfacing with other departments to ensure inbound and outbound deadlines are met
• Maintenance of warehouse equipment in good working condition
• Adherence to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
• Documentation of all related activities and completion of forms and reports
• Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment and optimization of space utilization

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet competing demands
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven traits in dependability, initiative, high energy, and proficiency in time management
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Forklift Operator Certification required

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
