Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations, including managing courier, common carrier, and LTL shipments. Monitors shipment activity through the Workbench dashboard, tracks packages, processes proof of delivery (POD) documentation, and communicates shipment status updates. Creates shipping labels, provides freight and shipping quotes, orders shipping supplies, and manages incoming deliveries.

Job Description

• Manage daily courier, common carrier & LTL requests from the account team & production
• Monitor “Workbench” dashboard
• Track packages, enter POD’s & communicate status as needed due to delays
• Create labels for orders (common carrier)
• Order supplies as needed (Fed-X, UPS)
• Responsible for incoming traffic through receiving door – small package deliveries
• Provide shipping quotes as needed
• Provide back-up for shipping & receiving as needed
• Provide back-up for fullfillment as needed
• Provide back-up for storefront as needed
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3+ years in manufacturing or shipping environment (a plus)
• Forklift certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word & Outlook

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
