About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator at i2G plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. They organize inventory, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and support overall logistics. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records
- Cover incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate mechanical lift, forklift, or vehicles
- Load and unload materials
- Take inventory of materials shipped or received
- Store, count, weigh, and open materials received
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods
- Fill warehouse orders
- Label boxes to identify materials
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Qualifications
- At least 25 years old
- Experience with general access control systems
- Knowledge of Lenel and Genetec systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus and strong commitment to client satisfaction
- Physical/Electronic Security Experience: 5-7 years
- Technical Skills: Excellent organizational skills, awareness of public safety and security measures, ability to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (preferred), Heavy Lifting: 1 year (preferred)
Skills
- Working knowledge of general access control systems
- Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation
- Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Able to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications
- Able to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere
