Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial part in a dynamic team at Convergint, a 20-year-old global, serviced-based systems integrator committed to excellence and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing, and ordering of tools, supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Supports receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Supports field colleagues and office colleagues as needed, including project and service support.
• Maintains support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Customer service and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving experience, or experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation, and building automation.
