Warehouse Clerical - Weekend Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Clerical Associate works in a fast-paced environment, calculating and entering productivity data, compiling reports through Vantage software and Microsoft Excel, and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and enter PACE activity cards
• Review automated transaction information in LM Manhattan Software
• Generate PACE reports for distribution to management
• Compile various Excel reports for distribution
• Perform other ad-hoc reporting as needed
• File old cards and reports

Requirements

• Literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work as part of a high-performance team and independently
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to switch attention to tasks to address business needs
• Strong communication and phone skills; must communicate with coworkers and supervisors
• Knowledge of PC programs, specifically Word processing and Excel
• Able to use basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, and calculator
• 10-key data entry by touch
• Able to work well with others and be cross-trained in other departments
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Sitting and working on a computer for the majority of the day
• Ability to stand and file old reports, cards, etc. for some portion of the day
• Lift and carry boxes of old files and folders of cards

Schedule

• East Coast Shift: Friday through Sunday
• West Coast Shift: Saturday through Monday
• 3-day work week

Pay

$19.00 – $20.50 per hour, plus weekly pay and performance-based bonuses/pay rate increases.
