Warehouse Clerical - Weekend Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Clerical Associate works in a fast-paced environment, calculating and entering productivity data, compiling reports, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and enter individual, team, and group PACE activity cards.
• Review automated transaction information in LM Manhattan Software.
• Generate PACE reports for distribution to management.
• Compile various Excel reports for distribution.
• Perform other ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• File old cards and reports.

Qualifications

• Literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a high-performance team and independently.
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to switch attention to tasks based on business needs.
• Strong communication and phone skills; must communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Knowledge of PC programs, specifically Word processing and Excel.
• Ability to use basic office equipment such as copy machines, fax machines, and calculators.
• 10-key data entry by touch required.
• Able to work well with others and be cross-trained in other departments.
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting and working on a computer for the majority of the day.
• Ability to stand and file old reports, cards, etc., for some portion of the day.
• Lift and carry boxes of old files and folders of cards.

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour.
