Pay

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour

Schedule

• First Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Every other Wednesday: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

About the Role

Warehouse associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Roles support distribution across the U.S. and involve handling retail items using equipment such as cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license or certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must follow health and safety methods
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
