Material Handler Warehouse Cherry Picker Operator 1st Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Dealing with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
• A valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An ability to work within a diverse work environment.
• Able to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work using health and safety methods.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule on various shifts.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Experience with automated packing systems.

Pay

Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: $31.50 per hour

Schedule

First Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm
