Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for WMS solutions.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT teams to improve warehouse processes.
- Support WMS implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Analyze inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and replenishment processes.
- Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Cook up UAT, defect tracking, and end-user training.
- Cook up coordination with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment and logistics.
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), Körber/HighJump, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Retail, eCommerce, or Supply Chain domains.
- Knowledge of ERP, OMS, TMS, and system integrations.
- Experience with API, EDI, and reporting tools is a plus.
