The Billing Representative
- Performs a variety of clerical duties related to customer orders and invoices
- Reviews customer orders for accuracy using computerized inventory control methods
- Completes data entry into the computer system
- Verifies orders and reroutes loads as needed
- Operates the Electric Pallet Jack; locates product that may have been misplaced
- Prints out labels, files
- Runs excel reports
- Limits outbound/loads outside drivers
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Experience 6 - 12 Months in Accounting, collections accounting admin support or related area
