Job Description
The Billing Representative position will perform the following duties:
- Performs a variety of clerical duties related to customer orders and invoices
- Reviews customer orders for accuracy using computerized inventory control methods
- Completes data entry into the computer system
- Verifies orders and reroutes loads as needed
- Operates the Electric Pallet Jack; locates product that may have been misplaced
- Prints out labels, files
- Runs excel reports
- Limits: Loads outbound/loads outside drivers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Experience: 6 - 12 Months
- Accounting, collections accounting admin support or related area
Compensation
$20/hr
