Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Auxiliary in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma (or GED)
• A Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years warehouse/inventory experience
• 2-4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff experience
• Experience managing budget
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP programs
• Leadership skills, able to lead front-line employees effectively
• Attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and repetitively
